Got the inside tips regarding their birthday freebies after calling their headquarters and confirming with one of their advisors.
When you join their Sephora Beauty Insider loyalty program, you can score a few freebies. These may be subject to change.
At the time we spoke with one of their advisors, the birthday freebies you can receive include these “little” gifts as they called them:
- Lipstick or Foundation…
- Moisture & Cleanser Set…
- Urban Decay – Moondust Eyeshadow or…
- 250 points towards their Beauty Insider loyalty program.

You will get a notification via email about 2 weeks before your birthday. The birthday link will give you more information on how long its valid (could be 2 weeks before your birthday and 2 weeks after your birthday but refer to the email you should receive to confirm the correct information on that).
If you want to collect your gift at one of their participating stores, just give the staff member your email address so they can pull up your account information. If you want to collect your gift online, there should be a link you’ll be asked to click onto with further instructions on how to obtain your birthday freebie.
This is a great birthday freebie – so make sure you join their Sephora Beauty Insider loyalty program prior to your birthday (I’d recommend a few weeks to a month in advance if possible) to make sure you’re in their database so you can receive your birthday beauty freebie!
