The promotion is available at participating U.S. Shake Shack locations for qualifying orders placed:
- At an in-Shack kiosk
- Through the Shake Shack mobile app
- Through ShakeShack.com for qualifying pickup or delivery orders
The offer is not valid for drive-thru orders or orders made through third-party delivery services.
Airport, stadium, arena, travel plaza and museum locations are excluded.

The required $10 minimum purchase must consist of eligible food or beverage items and does not include the price of the free Chicken Shack, gift card purchases, taxes, delivery fees or other applicable fees.
