Baseball is Back and so are the Miami Marlins!

The Miami Marlins have a lot of good players who are young but talented and will eventually shape their team in the future. You may not realize it but their owner, Derek Jeter, has done a great job in not only shedding bad baseball contracts but making trades that provided the Marlins with a fresh new minor league farm system which is exactly what they need in order to bring competitive baseball to South Florida. You may not recognize the names, but he has some really good minor leaguers and some very good pitchers who look promising to pitch for the Marlins for years to come; including Sandy Alcantara and Sixto Sanchez. These are only two that have arrived but many more pitchers in the minor leagues who are hungry and ready to take the mound at the new loanDepot park. Yes, that’s spelled correctly. The extra infusion in naming rights means more revenue for them to use to add key free agents down the line.

Getting back to how this effects you! The Miami Marlins play their regular season games against many other Major League Baseball teams. If you are a South Florida resident but perhaps you relocated here or have roots from other parts of the country, you might have been or are still a fan of another team that you grew up watching and still enjoy following. Why not watch them play against the Marlins and get some great seats too!

Here is a list of promotional dates the Miami Marlins are hosting. I wanted to share this with you because if you are looking to save money and perhaps score a freebie out of this along with watching a Major League Baseball game, this would help you make a decision to go to see their still relatively new ballpark which has lots of great features at a discounted rate and score a freebie while doing so. Not a bad seat in the park so you can watch the game and be entertained by many things at the same time.
