The Yard House has a loyalty rewards program — the House Insider – which provides you with 1 point per $1 spent on dine-in, delivery, To-Go, and catering orders as a House Insider member. In addition, members can also earn 1/2 point per $1 spent on private dining or contracted group dining events. You would have to inquire with your local participating Yard House restaurant when booking your event.

Once you become a member of House Insider you’ll receive an email with information on a complimentary appetizer — just for joining!

FYI — points expire only if there are no purchases (whether with dollars, rewards points or reward certificates) within a 120 day period. Reward certificates will be valid through the expiration date specified on the reward.

I spoke with a member of the Yard House I believe it was their legal team at (844) 945-6925. They confirmed the following with me:

  • Once you become a member of the House Insider loyalty rewards program, you’ll receive a complimentary birthday mini-dessert from the Yard House.
  • Specifically – it will be a choice from their mini-trio sampler. See the photo below. You’ll receive the option to choose one out the three desserts shown in the photo. Here is more information about this dessert option.
  • You’ll receive an email 10 days prior to your birthday with more information.
  • If you happen to show up on your specific birthday – they should honor this as well. Some Yard House restaurants reserve the right to not participate so make sure if this your true intention to check with your local participating Yard House restaurant prior to dining out.

Join the Yard House House Insider loyalty rewards program today and start earning your points and be ready to score your complimentary mini-dessert. By the way, you’ll see there are other restaurants listed. This is strictly for newsletter updates. The House Insider rewards program is specifically for the Yard House restaurants.

Here is the Yard House restaurant location finder for your convenience for the next time you plan to dine out at their restaurant.
