Fall is soon to be in session at Carrabba’s Italian Grill and you autumn know about their new seasonal offerings! Guests can enjoy a variety of limited time specials including the Pork Chop with Bacon and Fig Jam. This entrée features a wood-grilled pork chop seasoned with Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs topped with a bacon fig jam prepared with caramelized onions, fig and bacon – perfectly paired with a Belle Glos Balade Pinot Noir.

Beginning August 29 through November 13, additional new dishes + drinks to indulge with include:

  • Calabrian Wings: Crispy wings tossed in a spicy Calabrian chile butter and served with your choice of gorgonzola or ranch dipping sauce.

o   Pair this dish with The Prisoner Red Blend.

  • Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara: Spaghetti tossed in rich bacon cream sauce with eggs, Parmesan and Romano cheese, diced tomatoes, and bacon topped with wood-grilled chicken and shrimp.

o   Pair this dish with a Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio.

  • Taste the flavors of fall with the new Pumpkin Spice Bread Pudding, plated with a pumpkin custard-soaked brioche bread topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with salted caramel sauce.
  • Stir up some fun with the returning Blood Orange Margarita shaken up with Sauza Gold Tequila, Disaronno Amaretto, blood orange sour and garnished with a salted rim and orange slice.
