Carrabba’s Italian Grill is welcoming the spring season with fresh new recipes filled with flavor and right in time for Lent! The restaurant is offering guests seafood forward dishes including their signature Mahi Wulfe and brand-new Champagne Pasta with Shrimp featuring linguine pasta tossed with shrimp in a champagne cream sauce with roasted red bell peppers, and sautéed mushrooms.

Guests can also enjoy the following seasonal dishes, desserts and cocktails for dine-in, carside carryout and delivery starting Tuesday, March 1.

  • Tomato Caprese with Fresh Burrata: Creamy Burrata mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, red onions, balsamic glaze, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Tuscan-Grilled Lamb Chops: Wood-grilled lamb chops prepared with our signature grill baste, olive oil and herbs and our mint bourbon demi-glaze.

               * Pairs with: Gabbiano Chianti Lamb Chops, Medium burgundy with earthy aromas of plums and ripe strawberries with notes of cherry.

  • Tuscan-Grilled Filet with Marsala: Prepared with Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, and topped with mushrooms and our Lombardo Marsala wine sauce.

              * Pairs with: Gabbiano Chianti, Earthy aromas of plums and ripe strawberries with notes of sour cherry.

  • NEW! Berries and Butter Cake: Sweet, rich butter cake surrounded by blackberries, raspberries and drizzled with strawberry sauce and topped with vanilla ice cream.
  • NEW! Tramonto in Tuscany (Sunset in Tuscany) mixed up with Lunazul Blanco tequila, fresh sour mix and orange juice shaken then topped with Bonizio Rosso
