This includes a decadent Short Rib Marsala featuring a tender bone-in short rib, served over garlic mashed potatoes topped with Carrabba’s signature Lombardo Marsala wine sauce, and paired with a glass of Cecchi Chianti Classic, Italy.

Available now, guests can also bite into the following Winter specials at Carrabba’s:

  • Classics Combo: Hand-breaded Calamari, Mozzarella Marinara and Four-Cheese & Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms. Served with a side of marinara sauce.

o   Wine Paring: Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand

  • Rigatoni Al Forno: Rigatoni pasta oven-baked with a tomato cream sauce, romano, parmesan and goat cheese, topped with mozzarella.

o   Wine Paring: Mark West Pinot Noir, California

  • Cannoli Cake: Vanilla cake with layers of cannoli filling topped with a mini cannoli, pistachios and chocolate sauce with a chocolate chip crust.
  • Merry Berry Martini: Served in a holiday ornament, sip on Grey Goose vodka, Classic Red Sangria, blood orange and raspberry garnished with cranberries and a rosemary sprig.

To make the season even sweeter, available now through Dec. 27, when guests purchase $50 in gift cards, they receive a $10 bonus card to use towards a future dining visit.
