Before saying so-long to Summer, Carrabba’s Italian Grill is bringing back Wine Dinners to celebrate! The restaurant invites guests to hang onto flavors they love during the upcoming Season’s Peak Wine Dinner hosted on Tuesday, August 16 and Wednesday, August 24 starting at 6:30 pm. Attendees will enjoy a four-course food and wine pairing featuring classic Italian dishes with wine varietals that complement the summer season.

Here’s a preview to the hand-crafted + Italian-inspired menu:

First Course: Spiedino Di Mare, shrimp coated with Italian breadcrumbs, wood-grilled and topped with Carrabba’s signature lemon butter sauce.

  Wine Pairing: Fleurs de Prairie Rose

Second Course: Tuscan Strawberry Salad, mixed greens, fresh strawberries, red onion, tomatoes and crumbled gorgonzola mixed with a strawberry vinaigrette.

  Wine Pairing: Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling

Third Course: Pollo Rosa Maria, wood-grilled chicken stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, topped with mushrooms and a basil lemon butter sauce.

  Wine Pairing: ll Borro “Pian di Nova” Super Tuscan

Fourth Course: Berries and Butter Cake, sweet, rich butter cake surrounded by blackberries and raspberries, drizzled with strawberry sauce and topped with vanilla ice cream.

  Wine Pairing: Rionda Prosecco
