Pumpkin is one of the most versatile ingredients of the season that can take on a number of different flavor profiles depending on how it’s prepared. Beginning September 21, guests can discover seasonal favorites like Grilled Swordfish & Pumpkin Ravioli, featuring wood-grilled Swordfish topped with crispy onions, crumbled feta and a hint of butter, served with pumpkin ravioli and seasonal vegetable.
Pair it perfectly with a Fresh Apple Martini made with fresh apples infused for three days in vodka, finished with a touch of honey & cinnamon sprinkle.
For those who like to end of a sweet note, indulge in the decadent Pumpkin Lava Cake, featuring hints of cinnamon and nutmeg with a cream cheese molten center, served warm, topped with house-made whipped cream.
